Candace’s passion for beautiful homes began early, shaped by Sunday drives through Kings Point, Long Island with her parents, where admiration for stunning architecture, elegant design, and exceptional homes began. Her father would often say “That’s Drop Dead!” (short for drop dead gorgeous) when passing a particularly stunning home—an appreciation Candace and her mother would chime in on and they would discuss with Billy Joel or Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Candace’s father was a developer.
