A brand-new construction condo that began as a blank white box — beautiful bones, but every room read like a builder's showroom. No warmth, no texture, and nothing that spoke to the people who would actually live there.

We layered the space with warmth and personality — rich materials, sculptural lighting, and collected furnishings that feel gathered over time. Each room now has its own moment while still belonging to one calm, cohesive whole.
