SELECTED PROJECTS

Every project starts with a room that isn't working and ends with a space that finally feels like home. Here are three transformations across South Florida — open any project to see the full story.

MOCHA IN BOCA

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Type: Single-Family Home
Size: 4,195 sqft
Size: 3 beds, 3 baths
Year: 2022

Challenge

The kitchen wasn’t up to date and didn’t reflect the current style of the homeowners. The challenge was to create a neutral-toned, functional space that felt cohesive and modern while maintaining a timeless feel that matched the rest of the house.

Transformation

We kept pieces that were cherished while edited what no longer belonged. By adding fresh pieces of art and colored accents, the space has character and vibrancy yet kept the contemporary feel. The house feels spacious and balanced with comfort and tradition at the forefront.

MIAMI MODERN GLAM

Location: Biscayne Beach, Miami, Fl
Type: Pre-construction condo
Size:
1223 Sq Ft
Rooms: 2 beds, 3 baths
Year: 2021

Challenge

The challenge was to transform this pre-construction unit into a Modern Miami Glam look that was clean and minimal. The living room lacked definition and the walls were uneven. The master closet needed optimal functionality while remaining beautiful and considering resale in the future.

Transformation

Using the same flooring material inside and on a balcony created a unified visual space that made the home feel larger and more connected to the outdoor space. A wall in the living room was extended to create more functional use for comfort and entertainment. The one main room created cohesion yet separation. The master bedroom was designed as a quiet retreat and the custom master closet created a showcase-like feel. The result? The resale in 2025 was one of the highest in the building’s history.

SERENE RETREAT

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Type: Guest House
Size: 400 sqft
Rooms: 1 bed, 1 bath
Year: 2026

Challenge

This pool house had become an over crowded storage room. It lacked direction and the ability to properly accommodate guests. The challenge was to create a studio apartment-like feel that was warm and inviting while incorporating functional living into a very small space.

Transformation

We added tropical blue wallpaper in the bathroom and used it as inspiration to connect to the beautiful pool at the doorstep. A tranquil oasis was created with beige colors and soft edges, while modernizing the space with thoughtful accents and a vacation-like feel.

Westlake Residence

Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Type: Single Family
Size: 2128 Sq Ft
Rooms: 3 bed, 3 bath
Year: 2026

Challenge

This new construction home is a blank canvas. With the opportunity to
select each finish from the builder’s offerings, the goal is to create a
warm, cohesive interior while incorporating color, bold statements and a sense of luxury.

Transformation

Concept boards bring the vision to life through animal prints, elements
of nature and thoughtful pops of color, all rooted in a modern, organic
aesthetic. Inspired by nature, clean lines and comfort, the open floor plan will feel warm, memorable, inviting and distinctly personal.
